On the 30/11/18 I bought a pair of pants together with other items, because I was in a bit of a hurry I did not fit the pants, because I thought they’d go down well since well I have similar pants from Zara.

I went back to the store to do an exchange on the 13/12/18, unfortunately for me the manager refused to do the exchange for me because the elastic on the waist back was loose. I did not realize that until she showed me, but regardless for all we know I might have bought the pants in that condition, this might be a quality issue or a factory fault. And surely that isn’t my problem! All I wanted was just to do an exchange for another item. ?... My consumer right was violated in this regard.
