Constant theft at Zara Eastgate

my cellphone was taken out of my hand bag at ZARA Eastgate. What is appalling, this is the second time a phone of mine goes missing at your shop (same shop). In November 2016, the same thing happened. What I don't understand is the following: - The shops do not have access to camera's meaning we cannot catch whoever *****s phones in a quick manner. I am utterly disappointed that I am loyal client of ZARA and this has been my experience for the second time. When clients shop they cannot be looking over their shoulders worried that their items might be ****** due to lack of security in your stores. I laid an official complaint and was advised by ZARA to start taking care of my belongings. Such bad customer service..
