Complain

Hi I have purchase a bag at Zara gateway on the 24th of January this year. 3weeks later the stitches came out so i took it back to the store to be exchanged or refunded but the the cashier and Supervisor were not helpfull and they were not interested at all, they spoke to me as if they were doing me a favour the cashier even told me to take my bag from counter as she wanted to take the next customer and look for something cheaper
