Charged 3 times - ZARA ONLINE IS A **** - SIGHT IS NOT SECURE

They dont even deserve this one star. Purchased an item on 05/09/2020. I was debited 3 times for that item. Contacted the bank and they confirmed that Zara did charge me three times. Inquired with Zara via their chat services as they dont have a contact number where you can actually speak with someone, same automated nonsense that the funds will be released. No assistance whatsoever. ********. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
