Cancel order without notification

Good Day Please assist I'm having a situation I place an order today at Zara clothing store i purchase an item online after few hours they send a cancelation of my order I'm not happy at all I was very happy for my order please help me and how can they cancel it without notifying me I'm not happy

But how can you cancel my order please make a plan the us no way
