Can I just get my refund

Jacket ordered on the 1st of August, it was given to aramex and after calling to follow up I was advised by Zara that the driver was hijacked and I will get a refund. Called aramex and was told that the driver was NEVER hijacked. I have been promised a refund till now, I am highly disappointed as I always shop at Zara. Can I at least get my money back.
