Boots not exchanged

I bought shoes at Zara creasta on the 26 March 2021 Got home fitted the shoes and size 37 was a big size.and it was the only shoe left ,which they fetched from the back it was removed from the floor.took the shoes and when I returned them at Sandton the next day white the slip n tag I was told I can’t be helped cos I wore the shoes and I should return to creasta since they sold me worn shoes,what disgusting about this situation is dat the was a lady who was returning the same boots in black ,she was told the same thing that the shoes are worn They not in good quality She fought them n was helped and I was told to go back to creasta That totally unfair n very be be sad Iam not gonna pull up the race issue here ,but that’s my situation that other lady was helped cos she’s white m she was loud I was just quite I left the shoes in store m told them to investigate n sort it out with creasta I want my money not the boots I won’t wear shoes that bought with my money n they look big
