Being overly charged

It infuriates me the level of incompetence Zara always puts me through with payments, I'd always pay by the time of my order but the moment Zara sees money on my account they deduct all my money, this is unbecoming as I'd have to go to my bank to dispute this especially in times like this where even getting out of home is a hustle. To think that Zara is a prestigious business they should really stop this nonsense its unbecoming and will make customers skeptical to shop on their online store and put card credentials. This should stop!!!
