Being charged twice for 1 order by Zara.

Whenever I buy items online Zara charges me twice, and when I complain they told me to cancel the second transaction with my bank because they debit the money when you buy and when they ship of which I don't understand why, the bank charged me R180 when they came to debit for the second time since I had no funds, when you call the bank to cancel the second amount the bank charges you for all that. This is just ****************. Many stores have online shops but we never have issues with payments.
