Becareful of Zara Gift cards!

I purchased a R5000 gift voucher in Umhlanga and some how misplaced between leaving the shop and walking to my car. As soon as I replace the gift card I called the store to check their camera whether I had left it at the shop. Allegedly they checked the cameras without me and said I had not left the gift card in their store. I gave them the gift card barcode and asked them to block the card as it had not been used and they either refund me my money or give me a gift card. The blatantly refused Dismissed saying their T& C don’t allow them. Who are these T&C not explained when you purchased a gift card. It’s day light *******! .
