Bag Snatchers at Zara Sandton store

Was at Zara Sandton store yesterday 25 July 2020, my mobile device/cellphone was ****** inside the store. I told one of the Security personnel, she indicated, it happens on a daily basis in the store and she has warned another customer a few seconds ago to be extra careful. Security personnel are aware but management is not putting precautionary measures i.e. extra security personnel/warning signs/security cameras; in place for customers belongings not to be snatched inside the store. Called the store several times this morning to request if there are cameras inside the store, phone rings unanswered. Does Zara even care about their customers or all thy are interested in is the money?
