Bag came with handles unstitched in.

I bought a bag from Zara and the bag handles came just plugged and not stitched in. I sent them pictures on twitter and requested assistance. They rep**** asking for my account details which I provided. They then waited for return days period to pass before getting back to me. When they finally did they told me they can’t assist. So now I’m supposed to do what with their product? After being a loyal customer to them. I feel so saddened each time I look at the bag. Zara has no respect for customers.
