Bad service Zara Sandton

Looked to buy a cardigan and searched for the availability online it said Sandton, then I went to the store and asked one of the sales consultant lady she said they don't have it in stock without actually checking on the system. Their phones don't get answered.

And their online purchases are delivery times are not accurate.
