Bad service, people should refrain from doing purchase at their stores!

I bought pants on 11/08/2017 when I get home it's not the right fit, so decided I'll go back for an exchange or refund later. In my busy schedule I forget until the very last day so I go back with everything still intact and the receipt but they wouldn't allow me to exchange or get a refund. This is not the first time. Last year bought my daughter sandals, two weeks before Christmas and I wanted an exchange because of size because I had lost the receipt they didn't allow me, I still have those sandals in the box R400 down the drain!
