Bad service & late delivery

Zara has to be the pits. Never delivers on time . Imagine I ordered a dress last week Saturday and that time I have an event and the dress still hasn’t been delivered and that time you can’t even contact them over the phone !!! Im so ****ed coz it’s not even the first time!!
