Bad service: ***********, arrogant and unprofessional management and staff at ZARA Menlyn, Pretoria

Shocking service at Menlyn, Pretoria branch on two separate occasions. Both times staff and managers were very arrogant and entitled, and were not willing to help with an exchange when all necessary requirements were in place (receipt, faulty item, 100% compliant with company policy and fully within my Consumer Protection Act rights) and both times the managers bluntly refused to give out their names or head office contact details! I have written a long letter to ********** weeks ago, as suggested by sales staff, but no one has attempted to reply or contact me back in any way. I will make sure my case makes it to international head office, but am not very optimistic that SA stores will improve service, so I guess we will be seeing another great international brand leave the country soon..
