Bad service from Zara

Yesterday I've went to Zara Menlyn regarding the shoes i saw in the stores .Then one of the assist helped me finding the correct size I was looking for.When he check on system it was showing two on stock ,but with no luck he couldn't find it .He requested that i must come the following day ,which is today 10/07/2021 to check whether is available or not. Unfortunately, when I got there he was place on the till and immediately he acknowledged me and ask his colleague to assist me further "who was working at the fitting room "by the name of Lesetsh kganyago.However he shows no interest helping me when asking him questions, I got so frustrated because I needed more info from him .He constantly telling me that I must go back to the person who assisted me and leave him hell alone as I was telling him that am I boring him because he was busy talking with his colleagues. I'm extremely upset ,disappointed ,unhappy about the bad service received. As a regular customer I didnt expect such behavior because he even told me that he doesn't care whether I report him to his subordinates or not . I trust my complain will be taken into consideration.
