Bad service from Zara

I ordered a package on 28/06/2020. They sent me an email to say that it will be deivered between Thurs 9 July and Mon 13 July. Today is Mon 27 July and I haven’t received anything. I have contacted them several times to find out where my package is but they keep telling me that they will look into it. I have been waiting a month now and they can still not tell me where my parcel is or when I will receive it. I actually don’t want it anymore and would prefer that they keep the package and refund me my money. This is the worst service I have ever received from an online shopping store.
