Bad service

I bought shoes on the 20/03/2020 at cresta mall and went to eastgate to change them , I was assisted by Zandile who was very rude and was not willing to assist telling me I have worn the shoes and must sell them to somebody else. It is really disappointing the kinder service we get giving attitude to clients is a big NO
