Bad service at Zara Mall of Africa

Morning, I would like to complain about the service I received yesterday at Zara Mall of Africa . I was looking for a shoe of which I first went to the Zara at Cresta . And the gentleman at the Zara –Cresta Mall helped me and managed to search the shoe for me and told me the last pair of size 38 is available only at Mall of Africa . I then went to the Zara at Mall of Africa, asked the ladies to help me allocate the shoe, they did search for it in the system but told me if it’s not on the floor maybe the system has captured it incorrectly , in which I doubted and searched for the shoe myself . I eventually did find the 1 right shoe of the pair and asked the ladies to help me allocate the other shoe after waiting for so long they then helped me out and later told me they can’t allocate the shoe . Can I please be advised when that 1 lefted shoe of the pair is finally allocated so that I can buy the shoes in peace . Description of the shoe. ART : 5308/281/***1 020 38 6
