Bad Service and wont’ Exchange

I got a jacket as a present, but the jacket is too small but it was a gift and I don’t have the slip, I haven’t worn the jacket and it still has it’s tag on so i went to Zara in Cresta Shopping Centre. No 1. The staff is unwilling to assist. No 2. The staff and both the store manager and supervisor is rude. No 3. They refuse to let me exchange it for something else or just give me a gift card like any other clothing group but no they refuse. So now should i throw the jacket away because I can’t wear it ? So Zara South Africa you are a useless clothing group and i wont recommend you to any person. I haven’t ever in my whole life dealt with a store and brand so useless. I won’t buy anything from you ever again !
