Bad service and return policy on faulty merchandise

Purchased 2 pairs of shoes for the kids .. after wearing them for only on one or 2 occasions .. the shoe opened up in the front and the other shoes sole and inner came out. Upon requesting a return from Zara ( gateway dbn) I was asked numerous questions to ascertain if I’m being dishonest . Terrible service .. very unlikely to purchase from this store again
