Bad service

I placed an online order for Christmas clothes for my daughter with estimated delivery dates between the 18th and 23rd December. Yesterday I recieved an email with new delivery date being the 25 December and the store tells me they are closed on the day. I am very disappointed with this kind of service. I will never order online with them.
