bad service

I bought Items on the 13th of this month from this store online. I then went to store to collect the order. I received a box that has been opened. I then logged a query online & spoke to a agent named Manish. the agent has only assisted with me a refund , as the Item is out of stock.

I have asked to be compensated for my time wasted & resource. the agent has just ended the chat. may question is : is this how you treat your customers ?
