Bad service

On Sunday I was at Zara menlyn,they have bad attitude and bad customer service I wanted to buy a wallet that was on sale ,the cashier just took the wallet and take it at the back and said their store doesn't sell items that are on special, I tried to talk to him ,he was not even interested on what I was saying, they where not even wearing name badges
