Bad service

When this afternoon to Zara clothing. My client went to the fitting room to fit and item did not fit. She ask the lady who was monitoring the fitting room for a different size but the lady ignored my client. i then asked the lady did she not want to help my client she then said she cannot leave.I then asked to speak to a manager I then explained the situation to the manager and the manager said she could assist. The manager said I was right to ask the lady to assist my client. Then a tall, bald and bearded man came to me not sure who he was. He then started arguing with me.i asked if the bearded man if he will give me a chance to talk he then said no it's nit happening today. He told the staff not to give the names Ebrahim ***
