bad service

I have been to Zara Cresta when I waited for 10 at the cashier just to pay for my items, I then looked around the store for someone to assist when I saw Nthabiseng who pretended to be busy. I asked if someone could assist as she was just standing busy on the phone she told me she was busy I should go to men's dep. The service in this store is been terrible since opening and am sure you get similar complaints everyday. The staff attitude is stinking and they don't even greet customers or Is this Zaras Culture?
