Bad online service from Zara

I bought a pair of trousers online as none of the stores had my size. I waited 12 days to receive the item when the store said 5 days. That aside the tag as the right size but the pants are a smaller size. When I contacted online no one has the size I paid for. The whole reason why I bought it online. Sorry for the inconvenience is all I get. I have to go into a store to return and wait for online to refund. Really bad service all I wanted was to purchase the trousers!!! If you can’t train your staff so check sizing and labels not my issue.
