Bad implimentation of policy

This morning I got off an early flight, and as I had a few hours to get some shopping done I head to the closest mall. Having been in a strange city awaiting my transportation, I had to carry all of my baggage and shopping within a trolley. All of the shops in the Walmer Park Mall where very accommodating, regardless of the size. It therefore suprised me that one of the largest stores in the centre wouldn’t let me in. When I asked why they wouldnt let me in, the manager said that it was for hygience purposes. This seemed insulting and since I could not possibly leave valuable luggage outside, I was force to go as security escorted me out. I think this is an absurd policy and the rude staff enforced (not implimented) this policy was unacceptable. I have never had such issues with the store. But I cannot possibly see myself shopping there again.
