Bad exchange policy Zara

Being almost a regular customer since the opening of the store in Cap Town SouthAfrica. I am very tired of the service I receive from Zara stores. Their very restricted exchange policy even having the tag on cloths and the recipt on hand if by any inconvienience after30says purchase I am forced to keep the small unfitted clothes. Not even 2days past. it is really disappointing they should come up with something at least no cash refunds.
