Bad Customer Service

I called in with regards to a follow up about an order I placed online and I couldn’t get assistance. I requested to speak to the store manager Palesa and she was rude and out of line. It’s disgusting, I have never seen a store manager conducting herself the way Palesa did. I would really love to get in contact with the head office and report her.
