Bad customer service

I visited Zara Eastgate on Friday with my cousin and she forgot her phone in the change room and when we go back we didn't find it and we asked for the footage they didn't allow us...we even came with the police and they still refused with the footage. I will never go toZara Eastgate anymore and I'm taking back their clothes... they were so rude to us
