Bad Bad Service from Zara - Online Purchase

I placed a large order online with Zara the 11/11/2020. To date (03/12/2020) I have not received my order. I have been promised since the 20/11/2020 that someone from Zara would contact me. Well to date not 1 call or email! Zara I am truly disappointed in your bad customer service and total lack of interest in my complaint! Shocking service!! My advise: They have nice things, but you might never receive your order, so re-think before ordering online from Zara! My order number ***
