Bad attitude and pricing issue from Zara Manager

On Friday the 1st of May 2015, at around 3 to 3.30pm, I went with a friend to Zara Men in Waterfront to shop. We found this amazing jacket we wanted to purchase that was priced R1099. We decided to buy it and when we went to the counter I saw that the receipt I got said R1299. So of course I asked the lady helping me what was going on. She too was confused, because she said her computer said the price was R1299 but she saw that the tag on the one I had said R1099. She went to look at the rest of the tags for these jackets and found that some of them had the 'correct' price and some had the price I had, R1099. So of course I say to her well this is not my fault since you guys tagged your jackets wrongly. She called her manager (a young white female, roughly mid to late 20s). She responded rudely to her and to my friend and I. She did not offer any apologies, yelled at her assistant for the wrong pricing issue and told us she had no obligation to offer us a discount or the pricing that was on the tag of our jacket as it was not her fault that someone didn't do their job right, basically telling us to **** off. She went on with her day and did not once apologize or acknowledge us!!
