Awful customer care & shoddy jewellery!

The ring I was wearing with a big stone in it broke..and came off my finger. I hunted around for the stone, found it and decided to show it to Zara..the store I had bought it from was right there on the day it broke. The rings came in a pack of 2. As usual with Zara, no-one at customer care, but plenty at check out when we spend our money! Waited for ages only to be met with staff full of attitude and unwiling to help. They told me, despite clearly faulty, I must go home, find the receipt and the other ring, and then return it again. So 30mins each way back home..because they sell faulty, cheap, bad quality jewellery..Its a joke. To top it off, their ridiculous ring packaging doesnt allow the customer to try it on first. The measurements are also not correct, because the ring that broke fits, the other does not..and yet they are the same size in a 2 pack. Its Zara- go figure. Never again!!!
