APPAULING ATTITUDE OF STAFF AT ZARA V&A WATERFRONT

Horrific incident at ZARA V&A-the staff are down right rude,I don't understand how you can't carry a sealed bottled of coke into the store. The security kept harassing me (after the one at the door said it was fine)-I asked her to call the manager and her attitude was even worse...I left. never going back.
