Appalling Service from Zara South Africa

Highly disappointed with the service from Zara South Africa. Firstly 4 of the items from my order got cancelled as there was insufficient stock. This was very annoying. Then I had to wait a very long time before the rest of my order was delivered. Two of the items that were sent to me were damaged, the one being a very expensive coat. I'm not even able to exchange it as it is now sold out. I asked the manager in store if they could repair it or give me a better price for it but she said no. Worst shopping experience ever!
