Appalling service at Zara

i bought shoes in December when there was a sale the shoes were not delivered. In January when i checked the shoes are available not at the sale price, i sent an email after trying countless numbers to get hold of Zara support wanting to find out why i have not received my shoes that were bought In December. Instead of a response i see my account has been refunded the amount taken in december for my shoes. No response just a refund. I want those shoes, since they still have stock and i bought them when they were on sale. The service at Zara is disgusting to say the least.
