APPALLING SERVICE

I have been happy with the service from ZARA but lately not at all. I have returned two items and I have been awaiting payment, it has been two weeks already. The third item was unreturnable reason being (not delivered). Not sure how come cause I had the item delivered on the 21st of June 2023. I am still awaiting a payment of R2 078 and no one is willing to assist me.
