Annoyed/Disappointed

Would give them no ratings if I could or if that option was available. Bought a facecloth from Zara Home Mall of Africa less than a month ago. Within two weeks it is torn and I took it back and now I'm told to bring a receipt, who keeps a facecloth receipt?! The facecloth is zara-branded why would I claim I have bought it from them?if they need enough proof they should also request their store's CCTV. I am annoyed of the service I got and going forward won't be buying anything from them if this is how they treat their customers.
