ANGRY CUSTOMER
On the 28th of December 2024 I bought a shirt for R459 and a dress for R999 which the dress got sold out before it was even delivered to me but I did receive my refund of R999. In total these items were R1458,00.
Now on the on the 16th of February 2025 I get a notification of R1237,00 from Zara and I was shocked because I did not purchase anything from them, when I check the amounts it does not even correspond with the items bought on that day which is what I’ve mentioned above.
I’ve been in contact with Zara sales agent Akshati who assisted me as I provided her with the order no and case no, but all I’ve been getting is that their team is still looking on it, it’s been a week now I can’t use my bank account because which ever money I received it gets deducted by Zara since there’s a pending amount on hold which I know nothing about.
I am so annoyed by this, because clearly they do not take customers concerns seriously. I did ask for an authorisation letter to release this on hold amount but all I am getting is that their team is looking into it. Is there a team though?
