An Apalling Service rendered by @Zara Clothing SA

I made an order online at ZARA - https://www.zara.com/za/.

My order was processed, and my money deducted, however I was not sent any communication about my order from Zara, I then decided to go the V&A waterfront Zara store where my order was meant to be delivered and they told me that my order was returned back and that I will be getting a refund in a weeks' time.

I still did not get any communication; I then called the store several times and got through an assistance who place me on hold and asked their manager who did not want to take the call and told me the order will take an additional 2 weeks to be processed. The service is so disgusting, and the customer service is very much appalling!1 :(
