Amazing Service from Zara Waterfront Mens

Last week Tuesday, I walked into the men's department at ZARA in the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town and found a grey trench coat (that I loved) in a size XL - I'm an S or XS. The assistant scanned the barcode and informed me that the smaller sizes had not come in yet. She gave me a number for the store, and the Men's Department's manager's name, Jesse, and told me to call in the following morning (Wednesday). This resulted in just over a week's worth of calling backwards and forwards, but Jesse and Themba, were always patient and understanding of my not wanting to find out that the jacket had come in and sold - especially with ZARA having a 24 hour set-aside policy. I must have called Jesse 10 times and still rushed into the store once or twice to bug Themba, but both of them were completely happy to help me every time. I'm not usually this obsessive but you know when you find the perfect coat - that was this one for me! Finally today, I collected my coat from Themba - in the perfect size (S)! I think other ZARA shoppers should be aware that they can anticipate good service from this team! Thank you both!
