Almost 3 weeks and not yet delivered

I ordered a jacket on the 16th of April. It is now the 3rd of May and my order has still not arrived. The estimated delivery dates were 22nd-28th April, which I already find to be extremely delayed. Most online retailers in South Africa delivery within a day or two. It is almost 3 weeks now and the order has still not been delivered. I do like the clothes in general (hence not a 1-star rating), however I will never buy Zara online again. I would caution anyone who wants their clothes before next season to rather buy in-store.
