A very Bad customer experience and treatment

I'm so hurt, angry and so disappointed at Zara Capetown waterfront , today they accused my sister of *****ing a pair of shoes that she bought there and had a slip for it, just because their sales person/cashier, who ever is responsible for removing whatever needed to be removed didn't do their job properly, when my sister leaves the store the alarm went on, the security guards grabbed her to the back like a ******** while every one is watching, they didn't even give her a chance to explain instead they proceeded with calling the whole mall security guards to come and arrest her just imagine, but why is it because she's a back lady? I believe that there were so many ways they could follow to solve this matter but they chose to embrace and humiliate my sister in front of so many people, This is unacceptable and unprofessional for so big company
