2 x Black females and an Indian female

I went to the store 08:15 on the morning of Saturday the 2nd September 2017, with the hope of exchanging the shoes which I bought from their store. There was no business hours displayed on the doors. I called one of the ladies and she informed me that the store opens at 09:00. I had function that I was rushing to. I explained myself and she called an African male and he told they will only be able to assist me at 09 am. A store manager said the same thing. If a store manager can speak about rules and regulations that she needs to follow and not have business hours there's no ground to stand on. They were supposed to assist me exchange the shoes that's all.
