2 bad encounters with ordering online

1st order I a pair of boots and received a shoe of 2 different sizes. Had to go into store anyway to exchange. 2nd order (should have learned after the first time) I ordered on the 1st August, get an email saying shipped on 5th August. Package has still not been delivered to the store. It’s the 11th August. Customer service chat just gives me generic answers, the package is with the courier company. No estimated delivery date, no location of package.
