GBV to guests and Eviction of young girls at midnight at ZAR Hotel_10 Umfuleni Rd, Doonside, Kingsburgh, 4126

I booked my 17-year-old daughters at ZAR hotel for their Matric Dance photo shoot and overnight stay. We asked if one adult could stay with them since they were minors and the hotel refused and stated that the booking was for two people only. After midnight, the hotel receptionist (Njabulo) calls and demands that I should come and sleep with the girls as they were minors at and additional cost of R380. When I mentioned that it was late and unsafe for me to travel alone as a woman at that time, he then evicted my children from the hotel around 2 a.m. They took an Uber to a nearby friend's house because they didn't have the money for a longer trip. The girls reported that the receptionist, possibly named Njabulo, called them just after they had changed into their pajamas and told them to leave the room. He stated they had to find a solution since I couldn’t come to stay with them. They reported that he was unprofessional, used an unpleasant tone, and was arrogant when he said "Bye Bye" as they walked out. I still find this disturbing and a form of GBV abuse towards young ladies. He appeared to be completely careless with no humanity, putting their lives at risk of human trafficking, ******ation, ****, or even ****** by an unknown Uber driver. We visited the hotel in the morning to discuss the incident with management, but despite our repeated explanations, the manager seemed uncomprehending. He informed us that we would not receive a refund and no rebooking would be permitted, as it was against the hotel's policy. Is gender-based violence, endangering children's lives, unprofessional behavior, inhumane treatment, and guest frustration part of this hotel's policy?
