NO DELIVERY OF GOODS PURCHASED

We ordered and then paid for chairs in December 2014 via the internet and the delivery has still not taken place to date. Currently they take my calls and promise to send me details but I receive nothing and they are not answering any of my e-mails. Initially I was told that someone from Picers Insurance Logistics would contact me for delivery. Still waiting!!!!!
