Very bad service

I tried to FICA my Id Document at Zarcasino everytime it's decline I tried to email them no response and I made a withdrawal since 28april it's still pending coz they say it took 48hours via Bitcoin wallet because they don't transfer via Banks and other thing is that how long should this pending takes coz I can't deposit everytime then I can't make a withdraw but now it's pending since 28april and today is 02May
